About the Service

How much cleaning is included in the housekeeping service? Could you tell me the scope of what is covered?

In addition to basic cleaning throughout your home—such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and bedroom—we can flexibly prioritize the areas you request within the allotted time.
Our service covers everyday cleaning tasks, including cleaning wet areas, tidying up, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and making the bed.

Can I request organizing and tidying as well?

Yes, it is possible.
We can assist with tidying up and simple organizing as well. We help you maintain your space in the condition you prefer.

Can the cleaning be done even if I’m not at home?

Yes, as long as we arrange the key handover method in advance, we can provide cleaning even when you are not at home.
Many customers appreciate being able to return to a freshly cleaned home while they are out.

About Our Staff

Will the same staff member come each time?

For regular plans, we do our best to assign the same staff member. Having a consistent staff who understands your lifestyle and preferences allows satisfaction to increase with each visit.

How are staff trained and how is quality managed?

All staff undergo training according to Japanese standards, covering cleaning techniques, customer service, and safety management. We also conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistent service and technical standards.

Payment Methods & Contracts

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit and debit cards, allowing you to pay safely and cashlessly. Tips are also welcome, so please feel free to let us know if you would like to include one.

Is there a minimum contract period for payment? Can I cancel midway?

Spot services do not require a contract, and regular plans can be canceled at any time.
If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 30 days in advance.

Are there any additional charges?

No, there are no charges beyond the amount provided in the initial estimate.
